Getting your system to your door.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is picked and checked at our warehouse, packed for transit, and dispatched to the address you provided at checkout. You receive a confirmation when the order is placed and a second notification with tracking or waybill details once it leaves our facility.

We deliver through three channels, chosen by your order:

• Our own fleet — for deliveries within Lagos and the FCT, handled directly by our logistics team.
• Vetted courier & haulage partners — for deliveries to other states nationwide.
• Dedicated freight — for heavy or bulky items such as battery banks and large panel arrays, moved on protected, insured haulage.

Orders that include installation are delivered directly to your site and coordinated with your installation date — see Orders with installation below.

We deliver to all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory. Same-day and next-day delivery is available within Lagos and Abuja; every other location is served through our courier and haulage partners.

Timelines below are estimates in business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) and start from when your payment is confirmed, not from when the order is placed. Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM are processed the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.

Estimates can be affected by stock availability, weather, road conditions, and events outside our control. If we expect a delay on your order, we will contact you.

The exact delivery fee is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — you never pay a surprise charge on arrival. Fees are based on the weight and volume of your order, the destination, and, for high-value goods, the order value.

• Free delivery within Lagos on qualifying orders above ₦500,000.
• Installation packages include delivery to site — no separate delivery fee applies.
• Heavy items may carry a freight surcharge, which is itemised separately at checkout.

After dispatch you will receive tracking or waybill details so you can follow your order. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods.

• Inspect items in the presence of the delivery agent before signing.
• A valid means of identification may be required for high-value deliveries.
• Report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can resolve it quickly — see our Refund Policy.

A delivery may fail if the address is incorrect or incomplete, no one is available to receive the order, the location cannot be safely accessed, or for reasons beyond our control such as weather or road closures.

Where a delivery is unsuccessful, our team or partner will attempt to reach you to arrange redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may incur an additional delivery charge. Please keep your phone reachable on your expected delivery day, and contact us to reschedule if your availability changes.

When your order includes installation, we handle delivery and fitting as a single, coordinated process:

   Equipment is delivered directly to your property, timed to your installation date rather than shipped separately.

   Our certified installers mount, wire, and commission the system, then walk you through it and register your warranties.
