We supply verified solar equipment and back every order with the manufacturer's warranty. We want you to buy with confidence, so this policy sets out clearly when you are entitled to a refund, how to request one, how long it takes, and the conditions and exceptions that apply.
This policy covers purchases of products from Solarking. Installation labour and warranty claims are addressed separately in the relevant sections below.
You are eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:
Conditions for a refund
The issue must be reported within the timelines below; the item must be unused and uninstalled (except where it is faulty or dead on arrival), in its original packaging with all accessories, and supported by your order number or proof of purchase.
To keep pricing fair for everyone, the following are not eligible for a refund:

Email info@solarking001.com or call +234 803 651 5104 within the applicable window. Include your order number and a short description, with photos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We review your request
Our team assesses your request and may ask for more detail or arrange an inspection of the item.
Return the item (if required)
Where a return is needed, we tell you how to send it back. For faulty or wrong items we arrange collection; for approved change-of-mind returns you send the unused item back to us.
Refund is issued
Once approved (and the returned item is received and inspected where applicable), we process your refund to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.

Refund timeframes are in business days. The time for a refund to appear in your account can vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider after Paystack has processed it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, processed securely through Paystack. If you paid by card or bank transfer, the refund is reversed to that same card or account.
Store credit option
If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit to your Solarking wallet instead — this is usually available immediately once your refund is approved.
A refund is different from a warranty claim. After the return window has closed, equipment that develops a fault is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which typically provides a repair or replacement rather than a cash refund, subject to the warranty terms for that product. Contact us with your order details and we will help you start a warranty claim.
