Where your order includes installation, our certified team will assess your site, install the system, and hand it over to you. Safe and timely installation depends on your cooperation — including safe access to the site, a suitable location, and accurate information about your property and energy needs.

Products we sell are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and our installation work is carried out with reasonable skill and care. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and manufacturer, and typically provide repair or replacement rather than a cash refund.
